   Three cheers for Keukenhof’s Jasper, who brings welcome advice to procrastinators like me who failed to plant spring bulbs in a timely manner last fall to produce a spectacular spring garden. Now I know I can plant bulbs in paper bags now that would benefit from inclusion of the soil mixture Jasper hints at. Although the pictures lure me to Keukendorf in a future year, Jasper’s recipe woul;d help me right now.
