Croatia travel has a bunch of different tours for Croatia, Slovenia and some include Venice.

I’m considering the Dalmatian Sunshine tour. At first I thought it was a boat tour with a couple of inland bus excursions. It’s all on land but maybe I can squeeze in a ferry ride somewhere along the line. Adding Venice seems a bit too ambitious this year.

FYI, in order to get from Dubrovnik (on land) at the southern tip of Croatia to other parts of the country, you need to go through the tiny coastal part of Bosnia Herzegovina. Hmm!
